Raw dried Superfoods

Superfoods are nutrient-rich foods that are considered to be
especially beneficial for health and well-being. We ensure to keep the balance between drying to a moisture content low enough to preserve the natural characteristics of the fresh product and its nutritional and organoleptic properties.

Panela is a sustainably produced raw sugar (non-refined sugar) derived from the juices of sugar-cane stalk.

Cacao and derivates

Our cacao products are "raw", having been processed at temperatures below 45C (110F). It preserves the beans' natural health and high antioxidant content.

Cacao varieties: Trinitario, Amazon foreign, Native Criollo

We buy directly from small-scale coffee farmers and their exporting cooperatives. By importing directly from our partner-farmers, we do business in a way that creates a fairer, more transparent and sustainable system of coffee trade that directly benefits farmers, and their families and communities.
Our partners are located in the Eastern slopes of the Andes, where they benefit from elevation and favourable climatic conditions at altitudes between 1000-2000 meters above sea level.

Quality profile: Medium acidity, medium body and rich cocoa, almond, berries
